Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Match Bear ("Service") created by insytful, inc ("us", "we", or "our"), located at 3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Suite 1100

Los Angeles, CA 90034. you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Match Bear is a web application designed to provide users with personalized job search assistance using advanced AI technology.

Eligibility

Match Bear is intended for users over the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services. Please have them read this Agreement with you. If we have actual knowledge that you are under the age of 13, we will cease providing Services to you and delete your account and your data.

User Registration

To use certain features of Match Bear, you must register for an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate.

Third-party Services

Match Bear uses Stripe for payments and OpenAI for AI services. By using these features, you also agree to comply with Stripe's and OpenAI's terms and privacy policies.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our managing members, shareholders, employees, affiliates, licensors, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Compliance with Laws

You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Match Bear will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Service. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you through the Service.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
