I am a creator of software applications but I come from humble beginnings. Like you, I've had many different jobs, work experiences, and skills– mine ranged from landscaping to accounting– so I know what its like to make career pivots.

Before I created Match Bear I spent months looking for a job. The current job market, though, is very difficult to win in and I needed to stand out beyond just my previous job titles. I wanted to match to roles where I could leverage my diverse skills and abilities and do what I do best. I also experienced extreme job search fatigue and just wanted someone to do it for me, so I looked to AI. Marking the birth of Match Bear.
